ReloGate AI, operated by **CHAINWEB SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED** ("Company", "we", "us"), is committed to protecting the privacy of our corporate clients ("Data Fiduciaries") and their employees ("Data Principals"). This Privacy Policy details our practices under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 of India.

By uploading passports, visa records, and enabling optional location trackers on the app, you grant explicit consent for processing data related to travel compliance auditing.

2. Categories of Data Collected

We process the following categories of personal data to run our compliance engines:

• Identity Documents: Passports, visa stamps, and work permits scanned via Textract APIs.
• Logistics Data: Leases, educational certificates, utility bills, and housing agreements.
• Residency Telemetry: Border entry/exit dates and location triggers used to log residency day counts.

3. Data Residency & Encryption Standards

All customer compliance data, document images, and transaction records are stored in the AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region, conforming to local data residency policies in India.

We apply AES-256 encryption at-rest for database tables, and enforce TLS 1.3 transit security protocols on all API calls.

4. Data Principal Rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023, Indian data principals have the following rights:

• Right to access summary logs of processed data.
• Right to correct or update inaccurate visa or travel files.
• Right to request erasure of travel records once compliance audits conclude.
• Right to withdraw consent by contacting our DPO desk.
