1. Host Environment Isolation

ReloGate AI is built entirely on AWS. Every enterprise tenant is allocated a logically isolated Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) instance in the **ap-south-1 (Mumbai)** region. Mappings do not cross boundaries.

2. Key Management & Document Encryption

Documents uploaded for translation are stored in encrypted S3 buckets. We use AWS Key Management Service (KMS) with customer-managed keys (CMKs) to run periodic rotations:

In-Transit: Enforced TLS 1.3 encryption on all external API integrations.
At-Rest: AES-256 block encryption standard applied across all database records and storage volumes.

3. Vulnerability Controls & Penetration Tests

We employ independent, CREST-certified cybersecurity consultants to conduct bi-annual network penetration tests and API code security assessments.
