By purchasing our Starter, Professional, or Enterprise tiers, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the ReloGate AI dashboard and utilize geofenced day count logs.
We commit to maintaining a **99.9% monthly platform availability SLA** (excluding scheduled system maintenance windows announced 48 hours in advance).
In the event of service downtime dropping below the target threshold, clients on Professional or Enterprise tiers are eligible for service fee credits as outlined in their service contracts.
Corporate fiduciaries must ensure that all executive location tracking inputs and geofencing consents are obtained in accordance with local employment laws. We exclude liability for issues arising from unconsented tracking parameters.
